lamb cuts


I was approached by agency Richardson Clark, on a good word that was put in by DP Tom Spingola who shot the spots, for editing this series of 12 one-minute cooking recipes showcasing American Lamb from Superior Farms. The series was hosted by Chef Tucker Bunch, from the Culinary Institute of America, who really turned up the heat and showed us how to cook some hot lamb.
